What is the purpose of the Bonus PSL Season Ticket program?

This program was designed as a creative method to promote PSL's and as a thank you to our current PSL season ticket holders. The bonus program will allow PSL holders the opportunity to purchase additional season tickets for their friends, family, business associates or whomever they choose. This program is not available to the general public and is limited to the 1996 season. We feel that once a potential PSL customer sits in the newly renovated Coliseum, they will take the opportunity to join us for the remainder of the PSL contract and to become a vital part of the Silver and Black. This program is just like a "test drive" before purchasing a new car.

What will the bonus season ticket program cost?

The cost of the bonus season ticket program is the price of the season ticket. There are three season ticket prices; $410, $510 & $610. All sales are non-refundable.

How do I order my bonus season tickets?

The bonus season ticket program involves a simple process whereby the PSL holder calls or faxes the OFMA an order. An OFMA account representative will confirm the bonus seat locations, take the payment (either Visa, MasterCard or guaranteed checks), and then assign the bonus season tickets to the PSL holder's account. Once payment has been verified (i.e.- once credit card has been charged) tickets will be printed and mailed ONLY to the account holder's address.

How do I FAX my request to the OFMA?

Print the FAX/Internet order form on the web page and send it to the OFMA FAX number on the order form. These requests are filled at the end of each day and are assigned locations based on a best available basis. "Best available basis" is dictated by the BASS Ticketing Priority System whereby the BASS computer selects what is the best seat that remains in a price category.

Can I get my seats next to my current PSL seats?

Since the OFMA has assigned the best seats to our active PSL holders, it is unlikely that we will be able to place your bonus seats next to your current seats. We will try to accommodate your request and place any bonus seats as close as possible to your PSL seat location.

Do I have to stay in the same PSL area when purchasing bonus season tickets?

Active PSL holders have the opportunity to purchase available season tickets in all available PSL areas in the three price categories ($410, $510 & $610), excluding the Club areas, which are for Club Seat holders and Suite holders. Some PSL areas are sold out and therefore bonus season tickets will not be sold in these areas.

How many bonus season tickets can an active PSL holder purchase?

The bonus program is limited based on availability. The OFMA will try to meet all reasonable requests for additional bonus season tickets. If the OFMA representative has any questions in regards to the validity or sincerity of a potential customer (specifically, but not limited to, ticket scalpers), DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK FOR AN "OFMA" SUPERVISOR AT ANY TIME. Often, a business may request a large block of seats.

Can I exchange my PSL seats for my bonus seats?

If PSL holders prefer their bonus seats to their PSL seats, and their bonus seats are in a higher PSL category, the OFMA will upgrade any accounts to their bonus locations and the corresponding PSL type. The OFMA offers an excellent upgrade plan for those active PSL holders who are interested in upgrading their accounts.

Do I receive a Playoff option on the Bonus Season Tickets?

Unlike PSL accounts, the Bonus Season Ticket Plan does not include a playoff option. Your PSL locations for the playoffs are in no way affected by the Bonus Season Ticket Plan. As always, the way to assure yourself a playoff option is to purchase PSL's.

Why did I buy a PSL if you are offering a season ticket program without PSL fees?

The PSL is still the best way to purchase a season ticket and to receive the best ticket locations. This program is being offered only to current PSL holders for the 1996 season and will not be offered to the general public. The OFMA and the Oakland Raiders are continuing their efforts to sell PSL's and anticipate a great response to this program.
