What is a PSL?
PSL stands for Personal Seat License. This license
gives the buyer control of his/her seat in the newly renovated
Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. PSL holders have the right to
buy the season ticket to their assigned seat or to sell the rights
to another party.
Why is the PSL method being used?
In order to renovate the aging stadium and make it
into a state-of-the-art sports facility, funding was needed. This
venture allows the fans who are using the stadium to provide the
funding, and helps keep tax money where it belongs-maintaining
schools and roads. The Oakland Football Marketing Association
(OFMA) is the organization responsible for marketing the PSL,
Club and Suites for Oakland Raiders games at the renovated stadium.

As a thank you for their commitment to bringing the Raiders back
to Oakland, PSL holders will have the ability to purchase extra
1996 Oakland Raiders Club season tickets for their guests!
There is no extra PSL or dues for these seats. PSL holders are
the only ones who can purchase these extra tickets. Each season
ticket is $610, $510 or $410, depending on its location.
Bonus season tickets will be located as close as possible to your
current seats. Since your permanent seats are probably in an area
filled with other PSL holders, we cannot guarantee these extra
seats will be located next to your permanent seats.
