If your like me you enjoy the excitement of resrictor plate racing, not because of the big wrecks but because the racing and excitment is usually the best all season. Mainly because you dont have one dominant car that checks out, clean air means nothing and there is something about seeing 30-35 cars within 2 seconds of one another. Hendrick Engines

When Dale Jr's engine expired on Sunday it got me thinking thats the 3rd engine that has blown in the 88 car this season. And it Got me thinking I cant remember the last time Jimmie Johnson blew an engine or Jeff Gordon for that matter. So I did my research and the last time JJ blew up it was may of 2008 at Charlotte, then you have to go all the way back to Fall Bristol 2005, then Fall Talladega 2 ...(more)

Nascar is a joke!!!!!

Well i have been almost to the point of not watching races anymore for the lack of excitement and too many rule changes to make it tolerable.... but after watching the race today i am officially finished.... JIMMIE JOHNSON rode around a track for 180 laps not making a move to improve his position his only thought was stay out of trouble.... at the end of the race wrecks mad ...(more)

2010 Daytona 500 Need Advice

Hi All, I've saved up hopefully enough money to treat my husband and myself to our 1st Nascar Race and we would like to go to Daytona. What sections for seating are decent? I know the tickets aren't on sale yet but I want to be prepared. What is the 2-Day frontstretch package; or the 2-day superstretch package? I think these include the Nationwide Races. Is Junior the most overrated driver every ??

I am just curious what everyone is thinking about Jr now adays ?? almost 2 years with the top team in nascar (hendrick) no way that can be argued right ? and he week in and week out struggles to gain top 10-20 finishes while jimmie jeff and mark drive up front almost every single week without much trouble doing it..... ...(more)
