There's nothing in this world more important to Floyd Mayweather Jr. than money. This much is obvious. It's even his nickname. So as the publicity surrounding a possible fight between Mayweather and UFC's big-money man, Conor McGregor, continues to swirl, Mayweather is not holding back in delivering haymakers to The Notorious one.

In a tweet sent Thursday, Maywather once again laughed at the offer from UFC boss Dana White of $25 million each for Mayweather and McGregor for a boxing showdown. This time, rather than dismiss the figure as not worth his time, he couldn't get over the fact that the figure was 10 times McGregror's reported net worth.

Mayweather's screen shot comes courtesy of TheRichest.com, which estimates McGregor earned just north of $1 million in 2016. However, McGregor reportedly made a $3 million purse from his August 2016 rematch with Nate Diaz and may have taken home as much as $15 million from UFC 202 once pay-per-view share and bonuses are added.

In fact, Forbes estimates Mayweather closer to $340 million, while it has McGregor at $22 million, figures which seem much closer to reality for both fighters.

So like most things Mayweather says, while the tweet is entertaining, it's not exactly accurate.
