Bottom of the bracket churned up
No changes at the top of the bracket today, but the bottom is topsy-turvy.
It's been a relatively quiet week so far, especially by recent standards. The top two seeds in today's bracket are the same as they were on Monday.
The bottom of the bracket has had quite a bit of movement, though. Three teams picked up big wins and moved into the bracket.
The biggest win came from Saint Louis, which beat Butler on Thursday. The Bulldogs seem to be on a mission to play the entire A-10 into the bracket. La Salle moved into the bracket after beating Butler (and VCU) last week.
Kentucky has moved back into the bracket as well. The Wildcats won at Ole Miss for their first victory of any significance. As usual at this time of year, it doesn't take much to get into the bracket.
The best example of that is Massachusetts, which crawled onto the bottom of the bracket with a win over La Salle.
Today's post is short as I plan on working on the first edition of the bubble page. I will deal in more detail with that lengthy list of teams there.
