Colorado transfer Jenkins will land at Detroit
Chris Jenkins could be eligible to play for the Titans next month.
Colorado transfer Chris Jenkins will transfer to Detroit, multiple sources told CBSSports.com.
The 6-7 Jenkins redshirted last season for the Buffaloes, but plans to file a waiver with the NCAA in hopes that he will be able to play for the Titans in January of 2014.
If he receives a waiver, Jenkins will have three-and-a-half years of eligibility remaining.
A Detroit native, Jenkins averaged 20.0 points and 9.0 rebounds per game as a senior at University of Detroit Jesuit High School.
