Damontre Harris not returning to Florida
Former Florida and South Carolina big man Damontre Harris is expected to be eligible in 2015-16.
Damontre Harris will not be returning to Florida next season, multiple sources told CBSSports.com.
The 6-10 big man missed all of last year due to an off the court suspension and sat out the previous season after transferring from South Carolina.
Two years ago, Harris was one of the best shot blockers in the SEC and averaged 2.3 blocks per game.
He was a member of the All-SEC Defensive team during the 2011-12 season.
Harris used two seasons of eligibility at South Carolina and sat out each of the past two seasons.
Under NCAA rules, Harris would have one year of eligibility remaining after sitting out in 2014-15.
