The time is here.

We’ve had buzzer-beaters and wild finishes, we’ve seen incredible locker room celebrations with teams joyous in victory, and we’ve also seen the tears of players who end up broken-hearted in defeat.

Now it’s down to four teams.

The next NCAA Tournament games will be played in April, which means things are officially real. There are only four teams left in the field that began with 68, and only three games will determine which team will hoist the hardware as the national champion and cut down the nets in Phoenix next week.

Two of the teams left in the field are No. 1 seeds, Gonzaga and North Carolina, lead the way in odds to win it all, with the Zags the title favorite. Oregon and South Carolina aren’t far behind. And no matter how you slice it, either Gonzaga or South Carolina — two teams that have never played in the Final Four— will be playing in the national title game next Monday.

Here’s a look at the latest odds from Vegas with the field narrowed to just 4.
