After three straight losing seasons, head coach Jim Yarbrough has been fired at Southeastern Louisiana, sources told CBSSports.com.

Yarbrough had been at SE Louisiana for nine seasons.

After finishing above .500 overall in five of his first six seasons, the Lions have struggled in the past three years. They went 25-35 over the last two seasons, then finished 12-18 this season, 7-11 in the Southland Conference.

In nine seasons, Yarbrough was 133-135.
