Oklahoma State freshman Stevie Clark was arrested this weekend for "outraging public decency," The Oklahoman newspaper reported Sunday.
This is the second arrest this season for Clark.
He was charged with marijuana possession on Jan. 1 -- this after OSU coach Travis Ford suspended Clark for four games earlier in the season for what he called "personal reasons." An attempt by CBSSports.com to reach Ford for comment on Sunday was unsuccesful.
Clark is averaging 5.3 points and 2.7 assists in 16.0 minutes per game.
