Samford transfer Isaiah Williams has committed to Georgia State, sources told CBSSports.com.
Named by Southern Conference media as the league's freshman of the year in 2013-14, Williams joins Louisville transfer Kevin Ware and Indiana transfer Jeremy Hollowell as players that Georgia State will have eligible for the 2015-16 season.
A 6-1 guard, Williams averaged 11.9 points and 3.4 assists during the Bulldogs' 13-20 campaign of 2013-14.
