It looks like the final head coaching vacancy in college basketball will be filled shortly.

Sources informed CBSSports.com that Stetson is expected to hire Florida State assistant Corey Williams as its next head coach. A formal announcement will come during a press conference at 2:30 p.m. ET Monday.

Stetson was left without a head coach when Casey Alexander left for the Lipscomb job in mid-May.

Williams has been an assistant at Florida State for six seasons, after spending seven seasons at Oral Roberts. He played his college ball at Oklahoma State and played professionally in the NBA and in Taiwan. Interestingly enough, Williams was drafted by both the Chicago Bulls -- and the NFL's Kansas City Chiefs.
