VIDEO: Andrew Wiggins' first highlight at Kansas
Andrew Wiggins participated in a scrimmage during a Kansas camp on Wednesday, and he certainly got his career off to a good start.
The legend of Andrew Wiggins has already begun.
The top-ranked prospect in the country will enter his freshman – and likely his only – season at Kansas with plenty of hype. Everything Wiggins does will be magnified. If he scores 30 in his debut, he’s immediately a Player of the Year favorite. If he averages 10 points through his first five games, you’ll hear “bust” talk start up.
Fortunately for Wiggins, his first highlight as a Jayhawk was well, highlight-worthy.
It came during a camp game on Wednesday afternoon, when Wiggins took an outlet pass and threw it down with Cole Aldrich in the vicinity. The former Kansas star knew better than to try to meet Wiggins at the rim.
Like watching a video game, indeed.
