WATCH: Duke Grayson Allen pulls a fast one on Boston College for a quick two
Never a dull moment for Allen
Grayson Allen's suspension for tripping a player on Dec. 21 was ended earlier this week after just one game. He posted 15 points and seven assists in his return against Georgia Tech, and he doesn't seem to have missed a step.
He's still the same confident, edgy player for Duke that exudes confidence and cockiness. That could be best summed up with one pretty incredible play he made in the second half Saturday vs. Boston College:
Off the defender's back for an easy score under the bucket? That's a trick out of the middle school playbook. You don't see that type of play every day, frankly, because no one ever really tries it. But it worked to perfection.
Technically in the stat sheet, he'll only get the two points. But this was one heck of an assist to himself.
