GIF: Utah State QB Chuckie Keeton suffers knee injury
Utah State quarterback suffered what appears to be an injury to his left knee during Friday night's game against BYU.
Utah State quarterback Chuckie Keeton had to leave Friday night's game after suffering what appeared to be an injury to his left knee. Keeton laid on the turf clutching his left knee before he was helped to the sideline by the Utah State training staff.
While there has been no diagnosis of Keeton's injury, CBS Sports Network did report that Keeton would undergo an MRI on his knee.
The injury occurred when Keeton's left leg seemed to plant awkwardly in the Merlin Olsen Field turf.
Keeton, whom Utah State is running a Heisman campaign for, came in to tonight's game having thrown for 1,362 yards, 17 touchdowns and only one interception. He'd also rushed for 224 yards and another two touchdowns.
A gif of the injury is below. It's not graphic, but it doesn't look good, either.
