James Franklin 'really will call ur boss' to let you see game
James Franklin told one Vanderbilt fan on Twitter he will contact the fan's boss to get him out of working during the Commodores' opener.
It's probably best if we just let this little tale starring Vanderbilt head coach/cheerleader/Twitterer James Franklin play out without any further introduction:
@jrdavis75 I really will call ur boss— James Franklin (@jamesfranklinvu) August 14, 2013
@jamesfranklinvu Thank you again CJF. Sent the info to your assistant.— JD (@jrdavis75) August 14, 2013
No word yet from "JD" on whether his boss has heard from Franklin -- or, given some of the apparent hurdles, agreed to let him attend the Ole Miss game. But given Franklin's commitment to the cause (the man isn't even going to waste time typing "your"! Though he will admittedly take the time to type "#AlwaysPrepared" in a personalish reply) it should be only a matter of time.
And hey--when you're at Vanderbilt, every fan in the stadium counts, even in the James Franklin era.
