LSU, Syracuse working on home-and-home starting in 2015
LSU Tigers will bring Syracuse Orangemen to Death Valley to kick off a home-and-home series in 2015 as the SEC finalizes its schedule

The series would likely kick off in Death Valley and conclude in the Carrier Dome, though Syracuse athletics communications chief Joe Giasante said a deal has not been finalized.
Syracuse and LSU last played in the Hall of Fame Bowl after the 1988 season. The Orangemen won 23-10.
LSU was one of a handful of SEC schools that needed to finish its 2015 non-conference schedule before the league releases its comprehensive football slate in the coming months. Alabama and Mizzou are among others still finding extra games.
The league’s 8-game conference schedule for 2015 is pretty much done, I'm told.
LSU is staying aggressive on the scheduling trail, also playing Wisconsin in neutral site games for 2014 (Houston) and 2016 (Green Bay).
There's also scheduling buzz that Tennessee is interested in a potential kickoff game in Jacksonville or Atlanta or Charlotte.
