Auburn running back Tre Mason has jumped up NFL Draft boards and into the national conversation during the Tigers' improbable BCS title run. Mason was a Heisman Trophy finalist after finishing the season with 1,621 yards rushing and 22 touchdowns -- including a record-setting 304 yards on 46 carries in the SEC title game against Missouri.

Now Mason, in the spirit of Robert Griffin III, can raise the bar on his sock game.

The following photo was posted to Mason's Instagram earlier this week. The only upgrade we would suggest might be a taunt -- maybe "See Ya!" -- on the back of the sock. That way defenders get a double-dose of disappointment after Mason breaks free on a long run.
