PHOTO: NY Post declares Carolina-Carolina matchup 'in-state'
The New York Post promoted against the spread picks for Thursday's North Carolina-South Carolina matchup by calling it an in-state matchup.
The first kickoff of the 2013 college football season is just hours away, so you know there are plenty of fans looking for last minute expert advice. If you look for the against-the-spread picks in the New York Post, you'll also get a lesson in geography.
It appears the Post has identified North Carolina and South Carolina as one state, since they predict the Gamecocks will cover the spread against their "in-state rival UNC." A photo of the flub appeared thanks to Kevin Vedder on Twitter (@vedderkj).
