Former Kansas State head coach Ron Prince has been named the Rutgers offensive coordinator, and current Scarlet Knights linebackers coach Dave Cohen has been promoted to defensive coordinator, head coach Kyle Flood announced on Tuesday.
Flood also gave running backs coach Norries Wilson the title of assistant head coach while Anthony Campanile was named an offensive assistant.
Prince replaces Dave Brock, who left after one year at Rutgers to become head coach at Deleware. Prince spent the last three seasons in the NFL as an assistant offensive line coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars and Indianpolis Colts. Before that, he went 17-20 as head coach at Kansas State from 2006-08. He was also the offensive coordinator at Virginia from 2003-05.
Last year was Cohen's first on the Rutgers staff. He was previously a defensive coordinator at Fordham, Delaware and Western Michigan.
