Tennessee freshman defensive lineman Charles Mosley was involved in a car crash on Sunday, reportedly while traveling back to campus with his family.

According to 247Sports, Mosley suffered a broken leg in the accident. Vols head coach Butch Jones told the Chattanooga Times Free Press late Sunday that the team was "awaiting further details" before issuing a statement, though a school spokesman told ESPN.com that Mosley was in "good condition" after undergoing surgery to repair a broken tibia following the incident.

The 6-foot-5, 374-pound lineman was a four-star prospect out of Memphis and also had offers from Alabama, Auburn and Georgia.
