What do you do if you're a television station and not allowed to film a team's spring game? Make your own highlights with stick figures, of course.
That's what WLKY did when, according to sports anchor Dan Koob, it was denied access to film and broadcast footage from the annual scrimmage. Heisman-winning quarterback Lamar Jackson had a stellar day, as noted by the lifelike illustration of him throwing the football.
Kudos to WLKY for not taking the whole situation too seriously. Sometimes you have to make Cardinal-ade ... or something like that.
We were not allowed to shoot the Louisville spring game so we had to improvise on Sports Saturday. pic.twitter.com/HHQ8DjpGCD
