VIDEO: Mississippi State cancels practice, goes bowling
Mississippi State coach Dan Mullen canceled practice on Wednesday and the Bulldogs got to spend the day bowling together.
After more than week of camp in the hot Starkville sun, Mississippi State coach Dan Mullen rewarded the Bulldogs with a day off on Wednesday.
The school's video crew was on hand to document the event, from the surprise announcement all the way to the alley. Check out the video below to hear running back Nick Griffin refer to himself the "Muhammed Ali of bowling" and claim 12 straight "world bowling" titles, as well as center Dillon Day snapping a bowling ball down the lane for a strike.
Day's commitment to the center-style bowling including calling out the offensive line's protection and taking a post-snap step. Bravo, sir.
