WATCH: Nick Saban's first pitch from Alabama-Auburn baseball
Crimson Tide head football coach Nick Saban threw out the first pitch at Thursday's Alabama-Auburn baseball game in Tuscaloosa.
Alabama coach Nick Saban made an appearance on the mound last week, throwing the ceremonial first pitch before the Crimson Tide's baseball team played Auburn on Friday night in the Iron Bowl of baseball in Sewell-Thomas Stadium.
The Tide's Top 10 baseball team went on to lose Friday night, by a 2-1 score, but notched victories on Saturday and Sunday to win the series.
Saban's pitching, seen below, might not strike out the side, but he gets points for backing up to the mound instead of settling for a more friendly distance.
