David Lee and Roy Hibbert suspended one game for altercation

By Royce Young | NBA writer

Golden State's David Lee and Indiana's Roy Hibbert have been suspended one game without pay for "instigating" an altercation that occurred Tuesday night between the Pacers and Warriors, the NBA announced Wednesday.

Also punished: Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Lance Stephenson all have been fined $35,000 each for escalating the altercation.

The incident happened in the fourth quarter of Indiana's 108-97 win over the Warriors when Hibbert and Lee got into a shoving match that carried over to the first row of the crowd.

Via USA Today: Lee is appealing his suspension. However, that won't impact him sitting Wednesday's game against the Knicks. Hibbert will serve his suspension Thursday against the Clippers.

A one-game suspension for Lee will cost him almost $116,000 while for Hibbert, it will set him back a little under $125,000.
