Larry Brown adds another talented transfer to SMU
Larry Brown has added another talented transfer.
The new SMU coach -- with the help of a quality staff -- has already brought in Josiah Turner (Arizona) and Crandall Head (Illinois).
Now, according to multiple sources, he's added former Illinois State star freshman Nic Moore, who opted to transfer following the departure of Tim Jankovich.
The most surprising aspect of the transfer may be that Illinois State athletic director Gary Friedman allowed Moore to follow Jankovich -- the coach-in-waiting at SMU.
The 5-foot-9 Moore averaged 10 points and 3.9 assists per game this past season and also considered Purdue, Notre Dame and Illinois.
