San Jose State hires Boise assistant Dave Wojcik

By Jeff Goodman | College Basketball Insider

San Jose State has hired Dave Wojcik, sources told CBSSports.com.

Wojcik has been on Leon Rice's staff at Boise State for the past three seasons and helped build that program into an NCAA tournament team this year. Wojcik also worked at Wake Forest and with his brother, Doug, at Tulsa.

Wojcik replaces George Nessman, who was fired after an 86-161 mark in his tenure. The Spartans went 9-20 this season, losing to UTSA in the WAC tournament.
