Michael Carter-Williams leaving Syracuse for NBA

By Jeff Goodman | College Basketball Insider

Syracuse sophomore guard Michael Carter-Williams has decided to leave college after two seasons.

The long and talented Massachusetts native barely played as a freshman, but led the Orange to the Final Four this season and averaged 11.9 points, 7.3 assists, 4.9 rebounds and 2.8 steals.

Several NBA executives have told CBSSports.com that Carter-Williams won't get out of the NBA Draft Lottery -- and could well go in the top 10 of June's NBA Draft.
