Back on New Year's Eve in 2010, Reinhardt pledged to the Trojans as a high school junior. However, a few months later, Reinhardt decided to open things back up in May 2011. After choosing UNLV and averaging double-figures as a freshman, he announced over the weekend that he was transferring.
And now, Reinhardt informed Scout.com that his next stop will be USC. His father confirmed the news to CBSSports.com.
Reinhardt took a visit to the Trojans' campus Wednesday and it sealed the deal.
"We watched film for about 45 minutes and coach [Andy] Enfield showed me their style of play and how I would fit in," Reinhardt told the site. "He said that he doesn't want me to be pigeonholed into one thing; I would be a playmaker, and I felt very comfortable with that."
Reinhardt, a Mater Dei (Calif.) product, averaged 10.1 points and shot 35.1 percent from 3-point range last season with the Runnin' Rebels.
