VIDEO: UK's James Young accidentally sinks amazing no-look shot

Has the shot of the year already happened in college basketball?

Kentucky freshman James Young -- a guy we're projecting as a first-round 2014 NBA pick -- attempted to save a loose ball off a block by teammate Willie Cauley-Stein. He got to it in time, but instead of saving it to his team, the ball was flipped all the way in to Kentucky's own goal.

So it was two points for Montevallo, UK's opponent during the Monday night scrimmage. This is probably the most unlikely basket of the 2013-14 season. Watch it a few times. The implausible bucket has shades of J.R. Rider's ridiculous one with the Minnesota Timberwolves back in the mid-'90s.
