Tracking the trends: Standouts in college hoops two months in

By Matt Norlander | College Basketball Writer

A month in, some of the national leaders are proving to be a surprise. (USATSI)
Aaric Murray is at his third school -- and has the nationl season-high in points and rebounds. (USATSI)

Exactly a month ago I posted on the trends and statistical leaders in a bevy of categories for both players and teams. There really isn't a spot out there on the sports Internet farm that highlights in-season college hoops leaders on one easy-to-digest page, and I got good feedback on it, so here's your second update on the best of the best through 350 teams and more than 4,200 players.

We'll have another one of these posts in early February, early March and a final recap of the highs and lows of the season after the confetti is swept off the Final Four floor.

Enjoy, share, and feel free to alert me to any standout performances, trends, anything of note in the world of college hoops stats and standouts.
