Bo Ryan's Badgers top Michigan State to reenter Top 25 (and one)

Wisconsin went through a tough stretch recently and lost five of six games, including three at home. The Badgers couldn't guard anybody. It was weird and bad, and it cost them. But Bo Ryan's team did so much work early this season that they were always just a nice win away from reentering the Top 25 (and one), and that nice win came Sunday over Michigan State.

Yes, the Spartans were shorthanded.

That's obviously worth noting.

(Consider it noted.)

But the victory still counts as Wisconsin's fifth over a school rated in the top 25 of the RPI, and do you know how many teams have five wins over schools rated in the top 25 of the RPI? Answer: Two. Kansas and Wisconsin. So the Badgers are in a good spot heading into the final four weeks of the regular season ... long as they, you know, keep winning.
