The 82-72 Duke loss is big news, but so was Mike Krzyzewski's inability to speak at the postgame press conference. The 67-year-old coach had dizzy spells throughout the game, according to Duke assistant Steve Wojciechowski, who spoke at the post-game press conference for the Blue Devils.

Krzyzewski was able to leave the arena under his own power, according to reports. Wojciechowski said Krzyzewski was not ill, and he's expected to make a "full recovery."

Duke released a statement over night. It read, “Coach Krzyzewski experienced light-headedness during and after the Duke-Wake Forest game on Wednesday night. Following the contest, he was examined by Duke medical personnel on site and again at Duke University Hospital for precautionary tests upon returning to Durham. His symptoms and condition have improved considerably, and Coach Krzyzewski was sent home during the early morning hours on Thursday.”

As for the game, it's concerning, as Duke's shot at a No. 1 seed is now up in smoke. The Blue Devils fall to Jeff Bzedelik for the first time and in doing so are a 23-7 team that's 12-5 in the ACC. Defense isn't the only concern, but it should be noted this was just the third time this season Duke allowed more than 80 points.

Wake took 34 free throws and was led by Travis McKie's 19 points. Duke got 19 points and 10 rebounds from Jabari Parker, but the 6-of-27 3-point shooting was an eye-opener. This is a team that is still one of the better groups from deep, but in recent games the options and ability from 3 have not been consistent.

Duke closes its season at home Saturday against UNC.
