Eye on College Basketball Podcast: Recapping a fun Final Four

I sat down Wednesday with Matt Norlander and Jeff Borzello to look back, look ahead and discuss a number of issues within the sport. Among the questions raised:

  • Why did Matt Norlander step on a homeless man on the Grassy Knoll?
  • How about UConn winning a national title?
  • What are we to make of Shabazz Napier taking aim at the NCAA?
  • How significant is UMass guard Derrick Gordon coming out and becoming the first openly gay male Division I basketball player?
  • How good will Kentucky be next season even with a bunch of expected departures?

Beyond all that, we discussed the awful news that Michigan State fan Lacey Holsworth died late Tuesday/early Wednesday. Just the worst, waking up to that story.
