Former Providence guard Josh Fortune will transfer to Colorado

Providence transfer Josh Fortune has committed to Colorado, his mother Angela Fortune told CBSSports.com.

Fortune will have two years of eligibility remaining after sitting out the 2014-15 season.

The 6-foot-5 shooting guard averaged 8.4 points last year for the Friars and shot 35 percent from three-point range.

Fortune chose the Buffaloes over LSU and Valparaiso.
