Former Providence guard Josh Fortune will transfer to Colorado

By Jon Rothstein | CBS Sports

Providence transfer Josh Fortune has committed to Colorado, his mother Angela Fortune told CBSSports.com.

Fortune will have two years of eligibility remaining after sitting out the 2014-15 season.

The 6-foot-5 shooting guard averaged 8.4 points last year for the Friars and shot 35 percent from three-point range.

Fortune chose the Buffaloes over LSU and Valparaiso.
