Final -
Connecticut just could not get any offensive rhythm going today. Their defensive star, Hasheem Thabeet was a non-factor as numerous times San Diego was able to get around on the baseline for easy buckets. This marks the first time under coach Jim Calhoun that UConn will not be advancing to the 2nd round.
Final -
The San Diego Toreros blow up a few brackets here with the 70-69 victory over the Connecticut Huskies. They will move on to the 2nd round to face the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers. How many of you had that game in your bracket?
OT - 0:02
De'Jon Jackson pulls off the stunner as he hits the jumper from just inside the three-point line. Connecticut now needs a miracle to win this one.
OT - 0:09
Jerome Dyson will be shooting free throws again that could give UConn the lead. He makes both giving Connecticut a one point lead.
