| I gotta say, I'm not sure if I like the Boilermakers chances in round two. Something has got to change with their gameplan because they almost lost it here. Subpar second half effort as they allowed the Panthers to score 36 points in the half. That's not good enough to get you to the Sweet Sixteen. |

| Perhaps the best season in Northern Iowa history comes to an end with a five-point defeat against the Boilermakers. They have nothing to be ashamed of. They have an MVC championship and an 11-game regular season win streak. A heartbreaking loss, but this team should be back. |

| The game is over, but what a ride! This one was a lot of fun and my day is just starting. The Boilermakers looked as if they were going to put up huge numbers in this one. However, the Panthers played a heck of a second half and truly gave the Big Ten champs a run for their money. |
