2nd half - :00
Aaron Brooks looked incredible today and is the player of the game. He finishes with 22 points and three rebounds. His shooting was a great reason for the win.
2nd half - :00
A close first half turns into a blowout in the second. That's too bad, the action in the first 20 minutes was great. The Oregon Ducks really tore it up on the court and perhaps silenced some of their critics after they almost lost in the first round. I really like the Ducks' chances against UNLV, but don't count either team out.
2nd half - 1:27
The winner of this game (Oregon) will take on UNLV in the Sweet Sixteen. That should be a great game.
2nd half - 2:32
As the Ducks close in on a 20 point lead, this one seems to be over. That's too bad, as well. The Winthrop Eagles played an excellent game in the first half, but they just could not hang in the second.
2nd half - 4:09
The Eagles take a timeout. My question is, what took them so long? We have an 18 point game and the Ducks have thrust themselves back as a top contender in this tournament.
