| Georgetown defeats a gritty Wichita State team by the final score of 58-50. I'm sure head coach John Thompson III did not expect this kind of effort from his team as far as the ball handling goes and will have to work on that in practice. The Hoyas defense saved the day as they shut down the Shockers in the paint and made some key three pointers down the stretch. They were led by Austin Freeman and his 16 points and 4 rebounds. |
