| Close one. It got real close when the Siena Saints jumped out on a 15-2 run with 9 minutes to go. They upped the tempo and Ronald Moore was out making steals and dishing to friends like Clarence Jackson, Alex Franklin, and Edwin Ubiles. But Terrence Williams made a baseline three-pointer and lead the way to a Louisville run with Siena almost doubling their turnover total in a matter of minutes. Ubiles and Franklin played an excellent game and Ronald Moore almost stole the show with the way he stole the ball. Louisville committed 17 turnovers but shot 48% including a 9-for-20 effort from downtown. Terrence Williams lead the way with the big shots for 24 points but he also had 15 rebounds. Louisville kept alive with their rebounding and held Siena to 10 rebounds below their seasonal average. |

| Ubiles nails a contested triple with hands in his face to cut the lead down to 4. The Cardinals have been 5-of-11 from the line by the way. Smith misses the first free throw but gets another chance due to the Saints now being in a double-bonus situation. Smith makes the 2nd. Williams' 15th rebound seals the win. Louisville survives. |

| Hasbrouck hustles on that leg for a steal but he falls out of bounds with McGee in his grill. McGee had 5 steals in the 1st round and while he doesn't have any you still have to respect him as one of the best perimeter defenders in the country. Ubiles ends a 3 minute scoring drought with a reverse layup. Earl Clark hits a midrange shot with an expiring shot clock. Tough possession but an even tougher basket. Clark has a double-double with 5 assists. It's a 3-point game. |

| Another turnover with Ubiles discontinuing his dribble against the relentless full-court Cardinal press. Two turnovers in a minute is the last thing Siena needs. Franklin and Rossiter are getting boxed out as well. Usually they create extra possessions for the Saints but Williams has 13 grabs, Samuels has been effective with 7, and Earl Clark has 11. It can't be a shooting and rebounding game for Siena. |

| Siena needs to close out on the corner. Williams and McGee are getting open looks from the baseline and now the Cardinals are on a 9-0 run after a careless lob pass from Moore. Louisville is getting the baseline three-pointer and then getting Samuels and Clark in position for the offensive rebounds. That's what Louisville is looking for. And that's how they get comfortable. Siena has to close that out. |
