ST. LOUIS (AP) Julian Sensley hit a leaner in the lane with 15.2 seconds to go, topping off a 15-point, 11-rebound game that gave Hawaii a 53-52 victory over Saint Louis on Saturday.

Reggie Bryant had a season-best 19 points and Izik Ohanon had a career-best 16 rebounds and 10 points for Saint Louis (1-4), which has lost both of its home games by one point. Ohanon had an open shot from the key with three seconds to go that bounced out, and Tom Frericks missed on a tip with one second left.
Each team led twice in the final minute. Sensley played 39 minutes, and his basket answered a 15-footer from Bryant with 35 seconds left for Saint Louis.
Hawaii had only five fouls in the second half and was able to stop Saint Louis' first possession by fouling point guard Dwayne Polk with six seconds left.
Hawaii led by six points early in the second half before Bryant and Vas'Shun Newborne keyed a 14-0 run that put Saint Louis ahead 39-31 with 11:48 to go. Saint Louis led by as many as nine points before Hawaii rallied.
Saint Louis lost its home opener to Oral Roberts 55-54 last Saturday. Hawaii forced 15 turnovers, 12 in the first half while taking a 27-23 lead.
The turnovers helped Hawaii compensate for a 41-29 rebounding deficit. Tom Frericks added nine rebounds for Saint Louis.
