ATLANTA (AP) -- Kevin Thomas led Georgia State's outside shooting with four 3-pointers Tuesday night in the Panthers' 88-68 victory over Delta State.
Thomas finished with 19 points, Marcus Brown had 18 including two 3-pointers, and Malcolm Manier scored 17 with three treys under his belt for Georgia State (3-4), which connected on 13-of-29 from beyond the arc.
Nine of the Panthers 3-pointers came in the first half as GSU built a 50-25 advantage.
Delta State (2-4) had four players in double figures, led by Trey Sanders with 16 points. Jeremy Richardson had 13 points with Marlon McCoy adding 11 and Sandrell Spann 10.
For Georgia State, Tikoyo Barnett finished with 11 points and two treys while Herman Favors added 10 more points, two of them 3-pointers. Sylvester Morgan had six blocked shots on the defensive end and seven points.
