PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Four players scored in double figures to lead Drexel to a 66-59 non-conference win over Quinnipiac on Saturday.
Jeremiah King and Chaz Crawford scored 14 points apiece for Drexel, while Danny Hinds added 13 points and Phil Goss scored 10. Crawford also grabbed a team-high 10 rebounds.
The Dragons (3-3) won their home opener thanks to a 12-0 run in the second half that helped them pull away. Goss and Hinds each hit a pair of 3-pointers during the run.
The Bobcats (4-3) had cut the lead to six on a 3-pointer from Rob Monroe with 12:36 remaining in the game before Drexel went on the run. Monroe hit five 3-pointers on his way to a game-high 17 points, all in the second half.
Quinnipiac hit nine 3-pointers in all, but shot only 28 percent from the field for the game. The Bobcats managed only 19 points on 23 percent shooting in the first half.
Jeremiah King opened the game with a 3-pointer to spark a 13-2 Drexel run. Bashir Mason capped off the run with a breakaway layup with 15:04 left in the half.
