POCATELLO, Idaho (AP) -- Jason Baker hit a 3-point shot with 41 seconds left in overtime Saturday and Curtis Lincoln had a late lay-up to give Southern Utah an 82-79 win over Idaho State.
It was the fourth overtime meeting in the last five between the two teams, including a 71-70 Southern Utah (4-3) win over the Bengals on Nov. 27.
The Bengals (3-4) came back from a 13 point deficit midway through the second half to force overtime as Jeff Gardner hit a 3-pointer from the corner with less then one second left.
Gardner paced Idaho State with 19, while Baker's 24 points led all scorers.
