RENO, Nev. (AP) - David Doubley scored 18 points and Guillaume Yango hit a pair of free throws with 23 seconds left as Pacific defeated Nevada 72-69 Saturday night.
Yango had 16 points and Mike Webb 15 for the Tigers (4-1), who snapped the Wolf Pack's 18-game home winning streak.
Ramon Sessions and Nick Fazekas scored 17 points each to lead Nevada (4-3). Kevinn Pinkney had 13 points, Jermaine Washington 12 and Mo Charlo 10 for Nevada.
Nevada led 36-34 at halftime and scored the first basket of the second half to go up 38-34. Pacific responded with an 15-2 run to lead 49-40 with 13:44 left in the game.
The Wolf Pack tied the score at 69 with a minute left in the game on a putback by Sessions. Yango was fouled with 23 second left and hit both free throws to put the Tigers back into the lead.
Doubley added another free throw with three seconds left to make it 72-69. Charlo's 3-point attempt at the buzzer missed to the right of the rim.
Pacific hit 7 of 19 3-point attempts and held Nevada to 2 of 15 shooting from 3-point range. The Tigers also hit 17 of their 21 free throws, while the Wolf Pack was 11 of 17 from the line.
It was Nevada's first home loss since March 8, 2003, when it lost to Tulsa 79-73.
