FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) -- Kelly Golob went 5-for-5 from the 3-point range and scored a season-high 17 points as Northern Arizona routed Willamette 96-57 Saturday night.
Golob now has 178 3-pointers, moving past Cory Schwab (176) to take second place on Northern Arizona's list for career 3-pointers. He trails Ross Land, Northern Arizona's assistant coach and the Big Sky recordholder with 308 3-pointers, on the school's all-time list.
The Lumberjacks hit 11 of 12 3-pointers and shot 70.2 percent from the floor while outrebounding the Division III Bearcats 40-21.
NAU (5-4) opened the game on a 14-2 run and never trailed. Willamette (3-5) never got closer than five points the rest of the way.
Kyle Feuerbach went 4-for-4 from the 3-point range and scored 12 points, while DeJuan Stevens added 16 points and a season-high seven assists for the Lumberjacks. Ruben Boykin, Jr. scored 13 points and grabbed a game-high seven rebounds.
Henry Greeley led Willamette with 12 points.
