BOSTON (AP) -- Matt Stehle scored 17 points and grabbed 13 rebounds and Harvard, playing without leading scorer Brian Cusworth, went on a 13-0 run late in the second half to beat Lehigh 67-56 Saturday afternoon.
Harvard (3-6) blew a 10-point first half lead but rallied by holding Lehigh without a field goal for a 12:55 stretch in the second half.
Kevin Rogus, who scored all 15 of his points in the first half, helped the Crimson pull ahead 27-17. But the Mountain Hawks (4-5) rallied to pull within 30-27 at halftime.
Lehigh opened the second half with a 10-2 run to take a 37-32 lead. Harvard came back to tie the game at 37-37, then the lead changed hands six times before the Crimson shut down the Mountain Hawks by holding them scoreless for a 5:53 stretch and going on a 13-0 run.
Mitch Gilfillan, Nick Monserez and Joe Knight each scored 11 points for Lehigh. Harvard's Jim Goffredo scored 14 points and Jason Norman added 13 points.
Cusworth, averaging team highs of 15.3 points and 9.9 rebounds per game, dressed but did not play because of an injured thumb.
