RUSTON, La. (AP) -- Donell Allick scored 23 points and Paul Millsap had 20 points and 11 rebounds as Louisiana Tech beat McNeese State 81-63 on Saturday.
Allick was 6-of-7 from the field and 8-of-10 from the free throw line while hitting 3-of-4 3-pointers. Millsap connected on 6-of-8 shots from the field and 8-of-10 from the line. Wayne Powell, Daevon Haskins and Corey Dean each added 10 points for Louisiana Tech.
The Techsters (4-4) led at the halftime 41-28 on 54 percent shooting from the floor in the first half. In the second half, the Techsters hit 45 percent of their shots from the floor. For the game, they shot 50 percent, hitting 25-of-50 shots.
McNeese (4-4) was led by J.T. Williams' 11 points. Bryce May added 10 points and pulled in 10 rebounds. The Cowboys shot 37 percent, 23-of-63, for the game and only 53 percent, 14-26, from the line.
The Cowboys outrebounded the Techsters 39-36 but managed only six assists to Louisiana Tech's 17.
