NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Brian Fisk scored 23 points, including four 3-pointers, Saturday to help Lipscomb beat Rust 103-82.
Lipscomb (6-1) led pretty much the entire game. Shaun Durant's layup at the 16:54 mark put the Bisons up 7-5 and they never trailed. They led 50-36 at halftime.
The biggest lead of the game was 29 points with 1:08 left to play. Lipscomb's Charlie Jenney tipped the ball in to make it 103-74 over the Bearcats (1-4).
Labrian Lyons and Eddie Ard both finished with 14 points for Lipscomb, Durant added 13, James Poindexter scored 12, and Jason Guyette contributed 10.
Dewit Gebrekidan led Rust with 19 points, Clifton Randall added 18, and Brandon Rhodes finished with 15.
