EDINBURG, Texas (AP) -- Ray Castillo scored a career-high 30 points and had eight rebounds Wednesday night to lead Texas-Pan American to a 77-59 victory over Wright State.
Castillo hit 10-of-16 from the field, including 8-of-13 from 3-point range, and both his free throws for Texas-Pan American (6-3).
Alvaidas Gedminas added 14 points and Chris Fagan had 11.
DaShaun Wood scored 16 points and Zakee Boyd added 14 for Wright State (5-6). Drew Burleson added 12 points.
Wright State led 36-32 at the half after shooting 50 percent from the field. Texas-Pan American shot 60 percent from the field in the second half while Wright State cooled off to 33 percent shooting.
